About USF Figure Skating

Who We Are

The Figure Skating Club at USF supports figure skaters of all levels during their collegiate years. Our club has skaters from the beginner level up to the gold/senior level. Whether you are an experienced skater or you are new to the sport, this club is perfect for you!

Our club has a competitive team that is registered as an intercollegiate team with the United States Figure Skating Association. You can read more about USFSA's collegiate skating programs here.

What We Do

The Figure Skating Club at USF has practices each Friday at TGH Ice Plex. Practices are free to attend. Rental skates are available. You can view our practice schedule here

For the second year in a row, USF has been selected to host an intercollegiate competition for the Southeast conference. Hosting a competition allows all members to experience competitive skating, from volunteering to cheering on teammates!

Off the ice, we offer social events and team bonding activities for our members!

History

Our club was founded in Spring of 2021, becoming the first collegiate figure skating club in the state of Florida!
